FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY


Most orders are processed within a week. The maximum execution time for standard orders is 10 business days.

In the case of individual orders or orders requiring personalization, the completion time may be extended. In exceptional cases, e.g. when the ordered Product is not currently available in the Store, a longer order fulfillment period is allowed.

The order delivery time is the time of completion and the time of delivery by the carrier.

Orders placed in the Yene Mar online shop are sent via the DHL courier company or the InPost parcel locker.

It is also possible to collect a personal order in the Yene Mar's workshop on the address:

        InPost parcel locker - PLN 15 / 2 - 5 bussines days

        DHL courier - PLN 15 / 2 - 5 bussines days

Orders with a value of min. 400 PLN we send for free!

 

It is possible to ship abroad using the services of the following carriers:

       DHL connect courier - PLN 50 / delivery up to 2-7 business days depending on the country of destination

       

       DHL express courier - 150 PLN/ delivery up to 2-5 business days depending on the country of destination

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We always hope that our projects will give their new owners a lot of fun for a long time.
In order for every customer to be fully satisfied with their jewelry, Yene Mar accepts returns of orders purchased in the online shop within 14 days of their delivery.

In order to return the purchased products, you need to send it back together with the jewelery and the receipt to the following address:

The returned product cannot show signs of use and must be packed in its original packaging. Remember that you are responsible for reducing the value of the products if they return incomplete or damaged to me.
 
You can send the jewelry in any safe way, for example by ordering a DHL courier.
 
Jewelry purchased in stationary boutique is non-returnable.
 
If you want to replace the product, please return the product within 14 days of purchase and order a new one via the online shop.

 

I will refund the funds no later than within 14 days from the date of submitting your statement or returning the products. In the case of returning individual orders, I reserve the right to retain the advance payment to cover the costs incurred by me related to the implementation of the order.
